  David Maher is a sociopath and the rudest person I have ever dealt with and I have been fined for leaving dishes in an apartment that cost over 150 dollars per night.

  They then took, without asking- money from our account and threatened to take more. The state the apartment was left in was not as they suggested as I previously worked for the company and cleaned up peoples mess all the time.
